内容：起動しない
Dlsite Nestを利用し解凍まで終わっており、起動ボタンはありますが起動しない。
ファイルから直接管理者としてやっても開かない。
解凍後ゲームフォルダ内game.exeと表示されることはなく、gameとだけ表示される

内容：不具合
忍の里イベントが発生しません。中編はシナリオクリア、またアヤネも倒してます。インタリュードクリ
ア後とのことですが、アイビー、マキを倒してます。50%クリア状態なのですがマップがもうそれ以上
ないので100%に出来ません。インタリュードクリア＝100%ということでしょうか？すみませんがお
願いします。

内容：強制終了
キャラクターとの会話終了と同時にゲームが強制終了してしまいます。
それが全てのキャラクターではなく落ちてしまうキャラがいたり落ちないキャラがいます。

おそらく何らかの原因でアップデートが正常に完了していない可能性がございます。
大変お手数ですが、販売サイト様より「中編」のゲームデータを再度ダウンロードし、
展開したデータのサイズが「2.8GB」以上存在することを確認してから今一度アップデートを行ってください。
もしそれでも同様の現象が発生する場合は詳細な調査を行いますので
「kikatsumu1」フォルダ内の「crash.log」というファイルを当ページ最下部の「ファイルを選択」よりお送りください。
大変ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ございません。

Hello, i have taken the official demo (of first part of game) on DLSITE, i have installed in in c: programs and
even setted "japan" as geographic zone but game are not working at all... No issue message come from and i don t
think that my anti-malware is giving issues with game
I have even tryed to put "execute as manager" but nothing still not going
GAME ICONA is a kind of page with a geometric figure in front of it... maybe is a kind of mistake in installing
game or somenthing else? what can i do? THX in advance for your time, hope to be able to fix and buy game from
DLSITE

There are three things we would like you to check.
1. Whether you are using "DLsite Nest" (if you download with "DLsite Nest", you will not be able to start)
2. The size of the extracted folder exists more than 760MB.
3. Check if the installed folder path contains only single-byte characters.
If it does not start after checking, please follow the steps below.
１．Click here download 『調査用データ.zip』
２．Copy the unzip a file into the game data.
３．Open the properties of 『cmd（.exe）』 and change the path of the
『working folder』 to the path where 『game』 is located.
４．Double-click 『cmd（.exe）』, type 『game_development.exe』 and
press Enter.
Once you have done this, please send me the statement displayed on the
black screen.

I have checked and it is not possible to load the BGM data.
I will check if all the BGM data exists, so please follow the steps below.
1. Display "hidden items"
2. Access "kikatsumu1\data\snd\bgm"
3. Take a screenshot so that you can see all the files in the folder
4. Send the screenshot

I did not communicate this properly, my apologies.
First, please open the folders in the order "data" -> "snd" -> "bgm".
Take a screenshot so that you can see all the names of the audio files in the "bgm" folder.

After checking, it seems that the problem is that Japanese files are garbled.
Please try the following steps as a test.
1.Set the "System Locale" to Japanese by referring to this site.
2.Download and install the game again (be sure to start from the download stage again).
If you still cannot start the game, take another screenshot of the "bgm" folder and send it to "support@pdcreations.co.jp".
We will respond individually.

Hello again, i have done everything as explained, started back from download and used Japanese as lenguage of
windows and even changed geographic area...
Unfortunately game is still not working at all, i m senfing as requested the Screenshot

Please follow the steps below in order.
1. Open "Control Panel".
2. Click "Clock and Region" -> "Change date, time or number formats"
3. Open "Administrative" tab and click "Change system locale"
4. Select "Japanese (Japan)" and click "OK"
5. Restart your PC.
6. Unzip the downloaded game data (it is meaningless to unzip the game data without doing steps 1~5).
